    Good job. Way to maximize the meat. I see a lot of waste in other videos.
    Myself, I grind nothing. The small scraps make great fajita or taco meat.
    Just my 2 cents. I have exactly one pound left in my freezer. Hunt begins
    in 30 days. Wish me luck!

    great job, I still have elk left from last year. hope you can pass along
    your receipe’s. could use some help. Do you use beef fat or pork fat when
    grinding up. Safe travels home.

    Great job!!! Thank you for sharing this blessing! My son shot his first elk
    this year. We haven’t eaten elk for 16 years. We are thankful for God’s
    blessing on our family!
