    Amazing. I’ve just found your talks a little while back and reviewed some
    of your video’s. I play poker professionally so my demands are more
    cognitive than physically strenuous. I do exercise a bit and everything but
    I was just wondering if you have noticed any changes in your cognitive
    function after becoming a fruitarian?

    i am going to do a somewhat short waterfast. Currently i eat meat, cheese
    ect. The fast is lasting from the 25th to the 2nd next year. after that i’m
    going to eat like this fine gentleman 🙂 It’s seems quite obvious that this
    diet is superior to all the atkins/paleo/caveman crap there’s out there.

    NIce job Mike!!! I’ve been 70% fruitarian hybrid (some wheat, nonfat dairy,
    almond butter etc.) for a year, I’m down to 160 lbs (from 260) and running
    50-60 miles per week training for the Tokyo Marathon in february. My goal
    is to run 3 hours and destroy my old PR. Fruit Powah!!!

    What do you think of this study showing how sprinting increases endurance
    more than long distance running?… google ’30-Second Sprint Workouts Build
    Fitness Fast’ it’s the first result could it possibly be better to train
    hard, short, and intense most of the time, and then do the marathons only
    once in a while when it’s a competition?
